Introduction

The Leadership Without Boundaries training course is a five-day intensive course designed to help leaders break free from conventional limitations and lead with innovation, agility, and adaptability. Day Two: Leading for High Performance

·         Building collaborative team working across the organisation

·         Setting clear priorities that are motivating and empowering

·         Clarifying expected performance, checking understanding and agreement

·         Creating a sense of urgency and purpose

·         Giving people opportunities to succeed

Day Three: Thinking Outside the Box

·         Creating a culture of innovation in the workplace

·         Improving critical thinking and reasoning

·         Eliminating barriers to innovation and creativity

·         Recognising and rewarding innovation

·         Exploring your own creativity

Day Four: Inspirational Communications

·         The role of leadership in motivating and engaging stakeholders

·         Communicating a vision that changes culture

·         Guiding stakeholder communications – interpreting strategic issues and providing guidance

·         Building trust and respect for others across the organisation

Day Five: Leading Change and Transformation

·         Strategic leadership in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) environment

·         Understanding the psychology of change

·         Overcoming resistance to change

·         Why change fails and what you can do about it

·         Personal development and creating a leadership action plan
